Cisco Services Innovation Excellence Center (SIEC)

Harvey Wade is an Innovation Program Manager in the Cisco Services Innovation Excellence Center (SIEC). With over 10 years named innovation experience, Harvey develops and supports the innovation programs of Cisco teams, as well as being responsible for building innovation capability through the development of tools, training and maturity assessments.

Prior to joining Cisco, Harvey was Director of Innovation Strategy at Spigit, providing strategic direction and advice to key clients to engage their workforce and customers through identifying ideas that solved and overcame their key challenges.

He has worked with many blue chip clients including AGL Energy, AIG, BP, Cap Gemini, CBA, Citibank, CSIRO, Danske Bank, DBS, Experian, Ford, Heathrow, lluka, Ingeus, Johnson & Johnson, RAC, Pernod Ricard, Sanofi, Scentre Group, Schneider Electric, Scottish Water, Tesco, UNHCR and Viacom18.

Before working at Spigit, Harvey designed, setup and ran the employee innovation program for Allianz UK, an incredibly successful program that saw over 35,000 ideas implemented in six years, providing an annualized multi-million pound return on investment. An insurance underwriter by trade, he also has over 15 years experience in the financial services sector, having previously worked for Commercial Union, CGU and Aviva.

Harvey is a sought after thought leader and speaker, including the Corporate Intrepreneur Summit, Intrepreneurship Conference, ISPIM and Henley Business School and an author via his blog, Innovative Thoughts.

He is a graduate of Warwick University with a bachelors degree in Chemistry and a Chartered Insurer of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Harvey is based in the UK and when not working, he enjoys getting into the outdoors with his family.
